Virtual Real Estate Investing is fast becoming a reality for many people who are thinking of buying property. No longer is the potential real estate investor limited to the local neighbourhood. The whole country is literally opening up to savvy investors seeking to cash in on undervalued housing markets. It doesn’t really matter where they are.

Buying a House from Starbucks

Timothy Ferriss in his recent book “The 4-Hour Work Week” coined the phrase “the new Rich”. He explains how the “new Rich” have endeavoured to break free of the traditional corporate life. They have developed a different view of life, their office is really anywhere there is a WiFi connection. I recently met and had a chat with one of these “savvy” investors. Jeff explained to me how he had bought many houses via his laptop, all while lazing on a couch, enjoying his coffee at the local Starbucks. Now how cool is that!!!

Obviously there is a little more to the picture and there is a system required to streamline things. I will delve further into This Virtual Real Estate Sytem in the next article.
